VR Work

Paper World
This is a collection of segments from a VR experience that incorporated a live actor and a motion capture studio. This was a collaborative effort. The main character was made by John Luna, the concept and design was by Vita Beredina-Blackburn, the motion capture studio was run by Lakshika Udakandage, and I made the environment, other characters and animations in Maya with MotionBuilder.

VR Dementia Experience

This is an immersive theatrical virtual reality experience in which two people interact in the same digital space. One person is an actor who plays the role of caregiver, while the other is a volunteer whose experiences mimic. Though the VR project doesn’t necessarily capture what it feels like to have dementia, it presents the user with experiences that may induce confusion, anxiety and reduced concentration — symptoms common in people living with dementia. My role was modeling (everything but the character who was made in Autodesk's character generator), concept development, and script editing.
